Delivery Address and Contact Information
To ensure your order reaches you without delay, items will only be delivered to the original address specified at checkout. Kindly double-check your details and provide an active phone number and email address to allow your local delivery agent to arrange a convenient delivery time.
Delivery Scheduling and Missed Appointments
Our delivery partners will coordinate with you to schedule a delivery. You will receive a courtesy pre-call when the delivery agent is en route to your location.
Please note: a rescheduling fee may apply if a delivery appointment is missed. We encourage customers to be available during the agreed-upon time to avoid additional charges or delays.
Shipping Timelines
Ready-to-Ship Items: These typically leave our warehouse within 2–3 weeks. Delivery times may vary based on your location, generally taking 4–10 days via FedEx Ground or Freight.
Pre-Order Items: These are not yet in stock, and the delivery timeline is an estimate. Delays due to port congestion, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur. While we strive to keep you informed, Curated Maison is not liable for such delays.
Domestic and International Shipping
Continental USA: We ship to all states within the continental USA.
Hawaii and Alaska: We currently do not ship directly; however, we can deliver to freight forwarders who can facilitate delivery to these regions.
Canada and Mexico: We ship to these countries with additional charges. Contact us at email to receive a quote.
Unclaimed or Held Items
Curated Maison is unable to hold items for more than 5 business days if a delivery has not been scheduled. After this period, customers will be responsible for any storage fees incurred. Unclaimed items may be returned by the carrier, and refunds will be issued as store credit only, less return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
Changes or Cancellations
Furniture orders can be modified or canceled within 3 days of purchase. After this window, orders will be processed and prepared for shipment, and cancellation may not be possible.
Shipping Issues or Damage
