Shipping

Standard shipping is complimentary on every order within the contiguous United States.

Most of our pieces are in stock and ready to ship. In-stock orders are dispatched within 3 business days, with delivery expected 4–10 days after dispatch. Made-to-order and custom pieces are crafted individually and typically ship within 12–16 weeks; the estimate is shown on the product page and your order confirmation.

White-glove delivery — room-of-choice placement and packaging removal — is available in California for $250 per order. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and remote locations are quoted separately; we'll confirm any additional cost with you before your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

If something isn't right, here's how returns work:

  • Window. Stock items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original condition and packaging.
  • Restocking & shipping. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Custom & made-to-order. Custom, made-to-order, and final-sale pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • How to start. Email info@curatedmaison.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return is received and inspected.

Warranty

Curated Maison stands behind the craftsmanship of every piece.

  • Teak furniture — 3-year residential warranty (1 year commercial) against defects in materials and workmanship.
  • Slings, ropes, and metal components — 1-year warranty.

This warranty covers structural defects under normal use. It does not cover normal wear, the natural silvering of untreated teak, or damage from misuse, accidents, or improper care. To make a claim, email info@curatedmaison.com with your order number and photos.
