Shipping policy

Free shipping — our first year. Standard shipping is complimentary on every order within the contiguous United States, our welcome to you through Curated Maison's first year.

Processing & delivery. Most of our pieces are in stock and ready to ship. In-stock orders leave our warehouse within 3 business days, with delivery 4–10 days after dispatch. Made-to-order and custom pieces are crafted individually and typically ship within  12–16 weeks; the estimate is shown on the product page and your order confirmation.

White-glove delivery. For an elevated experience — room-of-choice placement and packaging removal — white-glove delivery is available in California for $199 per order.

Remote areas. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and remote locations are quoted separately. We'll confirm any additional cost with you before your order ships.

Warranty. Curated Maison stands behind the craftsmanship of every piece.

• Teak furniture — 3-year residential warranty (1 year commercial) against defects in materials and workmanship.
• Slings, ropes, and metal components — 1-year warranty.

This warranty covers structural defects under normal use. It does not cover normal wear, the natural silvering of untreated teak, or damage from misuse, accidents, or improper care. To make a claim, email info@curatedmaison.com with your order number and photos.
